This award recognizes the efforts of Dale and Jessica and their company in supporting the health of the building industry, and advocacy for homebuilding and homeownership access in the local area.

The Skylark plan was designed specifically to our customer’s lot and desires, to maximize their view. This efficient and elegant plan won the hearts of the judges, due to the livability and comfort that accompanies the incredible view of Lake Coeur d’Alene.

The kitchen of our Sage Creek build was chosen as the judges’ favorite due to the gorgeous aesthetics of leathered quartzite countertops and dual tone cabinetry, along with the function of a high-end Thermador appliances and Moen plumbing package.
