North Ridge Contracting is showing Blue Rock Estate in the 2026 North Idaho Parade of Homes, presented by the North Idaho Building Contractors Association. The home is Home 13 on the parade map, at 7865 W. Riverview Drive in Coeur d’Alene, and it is open to ticket holders on September 18, 19 and 20.
Blue Rock Estate is a fully custom two-story home of 3,918 square feet, with three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms and a three-car garage. The design combines modern elements with a restrained, timeless simplicity. The great room, primary suite, guest room and upstairs craft room all look out over the Spokane River.
The property runs down to the water. It includes a private putting green and a boathouse beside a private dock, and has been prepped for a future shop, greenhouse and gazebo.
